45 acre playground....

All day long I listen to people tell me how dissatisfied they are with where they are in life and what they are doing.  It should not be this way.  We are born to stand out, not to fit in.  I am fairly certain that we, as pieces of the puzzle, are better able to say where we fit in.
We have a lot of work to do.  When I look at the new property, I see 45 acres of bare land.  More though, I see a 45 acre playground.

The average person spends about $50 dollars a week going out and that is not including parking and more.  Imagine going to see a band, walking in the door, and knowing that the band gets a larger cut of the door than any other place around.  You are supporting local musicians.
Now imagine that ALL that you had to do was pay $20....
Free alcohol, if that is your thing.
Free food, depending on the event....
Free parking...
You can camp if you want...
Meet new people....
Join a club....
Create a family...
Whatever.
We have eliminated the middle men.  We have taken back the party.
We are saying no to 8 dollar shots
We are saying no to cover charges
We are saying no to those who would dictate what we hear.
We own this place.
This is our land.
This is our city.
We are citizens.
